Admission Criteria

Our admissions criteria is reviewed annually. We aim to admit a balance of 40% Protestant, 40% Catholic and 20% of children to represent other faiths, world religions or those who have no religious beliefs.

Parents are actively enouraged to book a tour of Oakwood to view the school and see first-hand all the wonderful learning we engage in.

Pre-school & P1 Admissions:

The application process for our Pre-school and P1 is governed by the Education Authority.

You MUST complete an online application form once they are published. Please visit the Education Authority at https://www.eani.org.uk/parents/admissions for more information.

Perceived Religious Affiliation

As we are an integrated primary school and nursery, we must maintain a religious balance. In an oversubscribed situation, this information becomes particularly important to the decision making process. Please ensure you complete this aspect of the online digital admissions.
